Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

✔ Damaged or Defective Product

If your LED TV arrives with physical damage or a technical defect, you are eligible for a refund.
The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

✔ Wrong or Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong model, size, or a product with missing accessories, Maxview will issue a refund once the item is returned in its original condition within 3 days.

✔ Reject at Delivery (Recommended)

If the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery:

  • Do NOT accept or sign the delivery slip

  • Inform the courier immediately

  • Contact Maxview Support for verification and refund processing

3. Return Process & Requirements

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these guidelines:

⏳ Return Timeframe

All refund-eligible items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

📦 Inspect at Delivery

Always inspect your TV upon arrival.
If damage is visible, report it immediately to both the courier and our support team.

🛡 Return Packaging

The product must be returned in:

  • Original packaging or

  • Secure protective packaging to prevent transit damage

🧾 Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or invoice is required for all return claims.


4. Refund Processing Timeline

After your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., bank transfer).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

  • All refunds depend on verification by our quality control team.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.

  • If Maxview is at fault (damaged or wrong product shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the returned product is found ineligible after inspection, we will notify you and ship the item back at your expense.


6. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Customer-caused damage

  • Water damage

  • Spills

  • Drops

  • Mishandling

  • Electrical surges

  • Burn marks

❌ Physical screen/panel damage

  • Cracks

  • Scratches

  • Pressure marks

  • Broken screens

❌ Used or altered products

  • Products not in original condition

  • Items missing accessories or packaging

❌ Remote controls

(Not covered unless proven defective from manufacturing)

❌ Dust or debris inside the TV

❌ Returns requested after the 3-day window
